Course Description

Explore book making and zine creation with this week-long camp. Using accessible materials, students will learn various bookbinding and zine folding methods. Students will be exposed to the history of bookarts and, specifically, zine culture as a method of sharing ideas, perspectives, and experiences used by various communities. Through drawing and story building prompts, students will build up the skills to share their own unique experiences and perspectives by the end of the week.
