Course Description
Turning attention to the intimate ways of hand-building we will explore various ways of making functional vessels and objects using our hands. Over this 7-week course, you will become well acquainted with the clay and will develop a symbiotic relationship. You will also be introduced to multiple surface design techniques including under-glaze transfers and Mishima.
Student materials. All required tools will be provided, though all students are welcome to bring any tools or supplies of their own.
