Course Description

This workshop will give insight into how collaborative projects can be managed by artists, producers or creative facilitators. Annalise will guide you through the ins and outs of what considerations are essential to a successful collaborative project, whether it be live art, installation, or simply a collective gallery show. After taking this workshop you will understand the artistic and production elements required to execute managing artistic projects, including introductions to roles and responsibilities, contracts, budgets, schedules, and critical paths, from pre to post production.

The TD Financial Literacy program for Creative Entrepreneurs provides vital career information, flash mentorship, financial literacy, and skill-building in small groups with plenty of opportunity for conversational learning and networking. These free workshops are led by successful creative and business practitioners with a breath experience and career success in the creative sector.
