ESDS-0121 - Introductory Graphic Design: Composition Online
Course Description
This virtual studio course explores the elements of composition (such as shapes, lines and colours) shared between fine arts, crafts and design. These notions are behind masterpieces, object making and graphic communication. This course will include theory, examples, exercises, group exchanges, and suggested references. The objective of this course is for participants to learn how to make interesting compositions with the medium of their choice (such as paint, ink, paper, fabric, thread, and more).
This course is hosted online. As such, students are required to have access to a computer, tablet, or smartphone with internet access during class time. Access to a web camera and microphone is strongly recommended. Additional materials required.
