ESDS-0111 - Introductory Adobe Photoshop
Course Description
Introductory Adobe Photoshop is a hands-on technical course, centered around digital image creation and manipulation on Adobes CC Photoshop. By completing a series of individual assignments and exercises, students will experience the software and gain practical as well as theoretical experience. The basics of editing, finishing, converting and publishing digital images will be introduced, as well as more advanced tools, such as layers, painting tools, and effects. Tuition includes 10 weeks of access outside of class for homework during times scheduled in cooperation with Multimedia staff. Basic computer literacy is required, including comfort using web browsers, file organization, and installing and running software. This course qualifies as part of the Certificate in Digital Media.
