Course Description

Nature Studies in Gouache: Learn to closely observe and describe the colour, form, and textures of objects and creatures from the natural world including flowers, insects, leaves, shells, and more. We will work in gouache, a versatile opaque watercolour paint, and view examples of paintings done in this medium by artists including Barbara Regina Dietzsch and Albrecht Durer.
