Course Description
In ‘Drawing the Hands and Feet - Boot Camp’ we’ll tackle a difficult subject that many of us artists fear - drawing the hands and feet. This course aims to break down the complexities of the human form and simplify them using a constructive approach to drawing. Students will be introduced to the basics of gesture, structure, proportions, and anatomy of the hands and feet. An emphasis will be placed on quick sketch drawing from photographs progressing up to longer more rendered drawings. The skills learned in this course are applicable to many genres of art including illustration, design and invention, and life drawing.
